The Vogelsbergkreis -Amt für Soziales und Ausländerrecht - carries out various projects for the social and professional integration of socially disadvantaged persons. For cooperation in one of our successful projects we are looking for a dedicated specialist. We offer a special perspective: You start in the TiGA project, which supports migrants in integration into the regional labour market. After the end of the project, the seamless transition to the K.U.L.T. connection project is planned in Lauterbach. The project combines low-swelling social space work with concrete labour market integration. The aim is to stabilise living conditions, improve employability and sustainable integration in work or training – with particular focus on immigrants. The project is open to the right and works closely connected with Jobcenter, municipalities, companies and consultancy offices. For our team, a part-time job is at the earliest possible time than Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for opportunities and labour market integration (code: 2026_35) to occupy. The employment is fixed at 19.5 hours per week until 31.12.2028. There is the option of continuing employment when extending the project. The location is Lauterbach with the option of temporary deployments at the Alsfeld site. Design low-availability accesses to advice, stabilisation and labour market integration with us on site.

Successfully completed studies of social work (Bachelor or Diploma) with state recognition Alternatively, you have a different training or study qualification for the area of responsibility or can demonstrate a multi-year, relevant and detectable professional experience in a comparable field of activity.
