Our client is a successful, medium-sized company of the technical building infrastructure. For many decades, the company has been continuously developing and is now one of the established providers in its market segment. Due to the continuous growth in the service and modernization business, the sales area in the Stuttgart area is expanded. Projektmanager (m/w/d) with a focus on service & modernization, the area with approx. 500 plants independently supervised and thereby combines technology, sales and project management.

Unlike in many corporate structures, you are responsible not only for a partial process, but also for your projects from the first customer request to the successful handover.

Responsibility for an own service area with about 500 plants. New customers (approximately 20%) gain and increase the modernization and service business of existing customers (approximately 80%). Conduct demand analyses directly with the customer, develop technical solutions together with the technical office and create economic offers. Modernization projects independently accompany the on-site demand analysis, technical evaluation and supply creation up to hand-over. Guide a small assembly team as well as close cooperation with sales assistance, assembly and technical office.

Multiannual professional experience in the service or in the modernization of elevator installations. Ideally, experience as a service manager or the desire to develop as a high-communication service technician/mountain into a leading function close to the distribution. High technical understanding and the ability to identify on-site modernisation potentials and to develop customer-oriented solutions. Experience in costing and project management Own-responsible, structured way of working and the pleasure of taking responsibility for customers, projects and employees. Class B driving licence and willingness to regularly travel the own service area.
