Around 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are manufactured using ZEISS technologies. As the heart of every electronically controlled system, You have become an integral part of our everyday lives – whether in smartphones, smart homes or smart professionals. ZEISS is the technology leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. With high-precision lithography optics, photomask systems and solutions for process control, ZEISS driving the manufacture of ever smaller, more powerful and more energy-efficient microchips – and is thus playing a decisive role in shaping the age of micro- and nanoelectronics with its innovations. You develop high-precision components in PTC Creo, specifically for semiconductor and cleanroom applications

You own the NPI process, leading products from the initial design phase through to successful series production

You manage technical master data and BOMs within the ERP system and oversee prototyping phases to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows

You apply DfM principles, focusing on high-purity materials, compatibility vacuum, and particle-free assembly

You collaborate with production and suppliers to ensure technical success and cost-effective scaling

A successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, with a deep understanding of design and precision mechanics

Advanced proficiency in PTC Creo, including experience in creating production-ready 3D models and technical drawings

Ideally, experience in the semiconductor or cleanroom industry, including knowledge of high-purity materials and vacuum standards

You have a proven track record in NPI processes, showing you can bridge the gap between R&D and serial production

Strong ERP and BOM management skills, ensuring technical data is accurate and integrated into the supply chain

A high degree of organizational skills, teamwork skills, agility, flexibility and an independent, structured and proactive approach to work

Excellent command of English and ideally good command of German
