The Leader (m/w/d) Our culture Strategic overall responsibility: guide our Second Level Application I department with over 30 employees and manage the implementation of our corporate strategy and objectives in your department. The head and experience Academic excellence: You have a completed (master) degree of (economic) informatics, business management, administrative sciences or comparable, practice-based qualification. Leadership: You bring at least 5 years of proven leadership experience in a significant IT support unit – ideally with deep insight into the local IT world. The character and mindset Inspiring guide: You are a real leader who enthuses teams, trusts them and promotes them. Outstanding communication strength and team capacity are your basis. Projektmanager (m/w/d): You work consistently solution-oriented with an intrinsically high customer and service orientation. You know the technical environment of modern municipal IT:Common application server types, relational database systems, web service and integration interfaces as well as operating systems, operating platforms, virtualization and containerization Understanding security, monitoring and deployment concepts Basic understanding of the functioning of directory services
