As an assistant store manager, you are the operative-strategic partner of our store managers: inside and the mastermind of daily implementation on the surface. Performance Coach: You act as a professional:r lead trainer:in the area and promote the skills of your team in the areas of sales, service and product knowledge in each layer. Operational Excellence: You will review the Daily Business in the store, including cash management, security and strict, complete compliance with all SOPs. Customer Excellence: You solve customer concerns and complaints as well as professionally treat the team as each interaction meets the high flaconi standards. Resource Planning: You support Store Managers: data-based in creating efficient personnel deployment plans to maximize sales coverage and keep personal costs under control. Brand Aesthetic: You're looking for a flawless visual merchandising and cleanliness in the store to perfectly represent the aesthetics of our brand.

Professional leadership: At least 2 years of experience in the professional guidance, management and motivation of teams in retail. Operations Professional: At least 5–6 years of well-founded professional experience in retail operations and in the management of complex store processes. Training & system know-how: completed study (Bachelor) or comparable qualification as well as well as sound knowledge in goods management systems (e.g. Oracle BI/SIM). Analytical Mindset: Extremely structured working with the ability to solve operational problems independently and data-based.
