Consultant Services Banking - with 50% Homeoffice (m/w/d) Full-time, unlimited, Wiesloch bei Heidelberg, Konto und Wertpapierabwick, MLP Banking AG, to occupy

As an employee of an eleven-member team, you are responsible for the telephone and written communication via e-mail with our MLP consultants as well as other specialist areas for supporting and clarifying specialist questions and complaints regarding the respective customer situation in the area of customer, account and credit card. In addition, you act as an idea provider and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes with your solution-oriented working method.

Service and customer focus: You process enquiries and problems based on solutions and services - always with regard to customer and consultant interests and their satisfaction Inquiry Management: You keep forwarded inquiries in your area (representations) Order processing: You accept the orders submitted by MLP consultants (e.g. transfers, address changes) to internal bank and investment products and forward them to the corresponding internal specialist department of the Bank Resort Knowledge depth: You regularly and independently train yourself to all MLP Banking AG account and credit card topics

Qualification: A successfully completed commercial training focusing on Bank Professional experience: First professional experience within a bank, ideally with knowledge in the back office area of the passive business, you bring Competences: You have pronounced communication skills, loadability and high service orientation Occurrence: You have fun in telephone and written communication and are friendly and confident
