What you bring

• Education: Very well completed studies with economic/technical-mathematic background (economic informatics, BWL, statistics, VWL, economic mathematics, etc.)
• Practical experience: First experience in data analytics, business intelligence and tracking desirable; Knowledge in handling databases (SQL) and ideally first programming knowledge (e.g. Python, R)
• Tools: Found experience with Tableau (Desktop, Prep Builder, Server); Web Analytics experience, ideally with Google Analytics
• Working method: Joy in analytical, structured and outcome-oriented work combined with a high quality awareness
• Mindset: Hands-on mentality, initiative and team spirit
• Language skills: German and English skills (min. C1 level)

Your tasks include

• Developing business intelligence with big data, statistical methods and deriving optimization possibilities
• Analysis and evaluation of customer journey and usage data as well as deriving recommendations
• Design of KPI dashboards, self-service views and visualizations to improve the customer experience
• Ensuring data quality by processing, combining and cleaning data
• Further development and stabilization of tracking, reporting and measurement methods
