Own responsibility listing, monitoring and administration of legal, judicial and internal deadlines in RA-MICRO and Microsoft Outlook Implementation of the daily time-limit control and provision of a proper time-limit for Munich and Berlin sites The central organization and administration of the beA infrastructure for our lawyers, in particular the establishment and administration of beA mailboxes, authorizations and software certificates, as well as the on-boarding and off-boarding of professionals Contact person*in for internal issues relating to time-limit management and beA as well as support in the continuous optimization of the associated processes Possible takeover of special tasks and the handling of ad hoc requests and ad hoc tasks
