Commercial Employee - Finance Operations (m/f/d)

You are a contact person when it comes to the creation, testing and processing of invoices in the debitor and creditor environment and ensures correct and timely execution. Whenever it comes to open positions, you keep an overview, clarify differences and control the dunning system actively and reliably. You support the exchange with customers, suppliers and internal departments, work closely with sales, logistics, service and back office to ensure smooth accounting. In your position, you will participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, especially in the area of debitors, creditors and open items. Last but not least, you analyze receivables, support measures to optimize working capital and payment inputs and actively contribute to the further development, automation and digitization of accounting processes.

Completed commercial training, relevant training or comparable studies. Multiannual experience in accounting / accounting as well as a secure understanding of economic and commercial relationships. Very good knowledge in MS Excel, Power BI and in ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics NAV / Navision). High communication strength and professional handling of internal and external contacts. Confidential handling of sensitive financial data, high accuracy as well as a structured and careful operation.
