You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team in the service, give orientation and develop your employees in a targeted manner. You develop the existing team and its processes into a continuous control system for staging, external partners and resources. Together with the service units, you make available resources, competencies and utilisation transparent and develop a predictive, cross-departmental capacity planning. For specific customer requirements, you agree with the service units and external partners and connect matching profiles. This means you contribute to competitive offers and reliable performance. As a central point of contact for sales, you accompany sales opportunities, agree on reliable response times and translate requirements into feasible service and resource models - especially in complex or strategically relevant projects. You continue to expand our network of personal service providers, evaluate new partners and continuously develop existing suppliers in terms of quality, availability and performance. You control quality and cost-effectiveness on the basis of meaningful key figures - for example time to the first profile, occupation rate, success of supported offers, margin of external resources and satisfaction of sales. In addition, you are responsible for supplier data, cost and market transparency, purchasing and contract conditions and compliance with our governance, ISO, compliance and quality requirements.

Complete studies with an economic or technical focus, a relevant vocational training with further training or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the IT service environment as well as in resource management, staffing, supplier management or in the personnel service. You understand the requirements for reliable service delivery and know the best with capacity planning, utilisation control and the interaction of internal and external resources. Experience with sales processes, public tenders and offer skalkulation, as well as the translation of customer requirements in economically viable service solutions are the key to you. Commercial judgment, a pronounced sense of cost and a well-founded knowledge in dealing with supplier and service contracts, you also bring about safety in dealing with key figures and control instruments.
