You are responsible for introducing PEPPERR software to our customers. PEPPERR's software serves the Workforce Management (time management and personnel deployment planning) As the first contact person, you support the concerns of all PEPPERR software users in 1st and 2nd level support. You can also create documents for PEPPERR software user trainings and perform independent trainings In cooperation with the other team members, you are responsible for the analysis of relevant business processes and the representation and safeguarding of the interests of the project stakeholders You will, of course, enter into continuous communication and close cooperation with internal and external consultants and project partners (m/w/d) In the context of operational reporting, you will regularly create recurring statistics and ad hoc evaluations
