You lead, develop and inspire your team with clarity and empathy You actively promote the strategic development and professionalisation of your responsibility in Germany and abroad You design medium and long-term sales planning together with relevant stakeholders You build a modern, meaningful reporting and continuously develop this You optimize processes and ensure efficient operations in day-to-day operations You initiate and implement measures to sustainably increase customer satisfaction and service quality You work closely and in partnership with adjacent departments

A completed economic study or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in a similar function Experience in project and process management and pleasure in structured work High IT and process affinity and a good sense of automation and optimization potential Impressed customer and solution orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking The ability to inspire people, take along and achieve success together Very good MS Office knowledge and experience with ERP systems (ideally ProAlpha) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
