The Identity and Access Management (IAM) department is responsible for managing and maintaining identities, permissions, user accounts, resources and role management. Our goal is to establish a sustainable IAM system that is appropriate to the risks and controls all access to information from Allianz Deutschland companies. We place particular emphasis on regulatory requirements such as DORA/VAIT and the ongoing coordination with the Allianz Group. Strategy development: Creating and implementing IAM strategies and policies that meet business requirements and meet security standards Architecture design: IAM architecture focuses on processes, tools and procedures, as well as design solutions that ensure the right access to resources Technology selection: selection and implementation of suitable IAM technologies and tools in coordination with Allianz SE and Allianz Technology SE AI integration: use and further development of AI-based solutions for the automation and optimization of IAM processes Integration: Integration of IAM solutions into existing IT infrastructures and ensuring interoperability between different systems and platforms Compliance & Audit: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies through analysis of IT, business and compliance requirements and audit support Interface function: Collaboration with various disciplines, IT security and other Allianz units as a central contact for IAM architecture topics

IAM Architect (m/w/d)

Education: studies in computer science, information technology, information security or a related area Professional experience: Multiannual experience in IAM, in particular in the architecture and implementation of IAM solutions Certificates: Certificates like CISSP, CISM or special IAM certifications of advantage Technology knowledge: Funded knowledge in IAM systems, PAM systems, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) and Identity Governance Cloud experience: Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and their integration into existing systems Regulatory understanding: Understanding regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001 or NIST Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
