As a production aider (m/w/d), you support an established foundry company in Drolshagen in the production of high-quality metal castings. You actively participate in the production process and contribute to a smooth process and a high product quality with your careful operation. A structured incorporation as well as regulated shift times will open a long-term and secure perspective.

• Preparation of models, tools and auxiliary materials for production
• Production of sand molds and sand cores according to specifications
• Construction, control and reworking of molds
• Support in melt preparation and casting of molds
• Working in the ongoing production process and ensuring order and quality

We are looking for

You work organized, keep an overview of several orders and you are happy to pick up.

• Interest in metalworking and a basic technical understanding
• Ready to work in shift operation
• independent, reliable and conscientious operation
• Team skills, commitment and openness to learn new things
• Physical loadability for tasks in the production environment
• First experience in production or foundry is advantageous, but no requirement
