They support the P&C Business Partner Team in a varied daily business and get an insight into different HR topics. You are responsible for the preparation of individual personal measures (including settings, assignments) and the planning and implementation of HR processes (e.g. talent and performance management). They take over the creation and preparation of presentations, reports and analyses on personal topics. The research and preparation of labour law issues are also your tasks. The cooperation in HR projects completes your tasks.

They are registered full-time student (d/m/w) in the field of economics, psychology, social sciences or in a comparable field of study. Ideally, you already have first practical experience in HR. They are strong in communication and are characterized by an independent and structured way of working. They are safe in handling MS Office applications. We presume flowing German and good English skills.
