For our financial and accounting department in our central office in Duisburg, we are looking for you to complement our dynamic and dedicated team. In this area we bundle the commercial and organizational care of our properties.

You carry out common tasks within the property management, including:

Contract management and audit Service provider, supplier control and close interface cooperation with the responsible persons on site Central contact person to accompany new locations and essential commercial, object-related measures Participation in insurance, damage and passenger cars Object-related administration and deadline monitoring Support in the introduction and use of digital systems

You will be individually and thoroughly involved in your tasks.

You have a good commercial understanding and ideally bring the following:

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in property management or in commercial facility management Good contractual knowledge Experience in handling digital systems Self-responsible, structured and systematic operation Experience in insurance and damage management is advantageous Knowledge of fleet management is desirable
