You have a training as a medical specialist (w/d/m) or a comparable qualification You have first experience in working with people with disabilities with very high support needs Good social and administrative knowledge as well as experience in handling cost-beneficiaries You are a responsible personality with quick understanding and a large portion of team spirit You draw your attention through commitment, high motivation and commitment You have the right mix of self-initiative and awareness, even in stressful situations.
