Your role: Filter systems require more and more components that are necessary for system and function optimization. In the mechatronics department of MANN+HUMMEL, the focus is on maintaining all electrical components. This focuses on the predictive definition and implementation of functions using existing or new technologies. This perspective extends beyond the automotive sector and includes products for household and industrial sectors. • Technical project processing and coordination for the development of digital, mechatronic components for filter systems
• Responsible for the basic investigations for mechatronic projects in the field of electrohydraulic / hydraulics
• Implementation of specifications and feasibility studies
• Monitoring and creation of FEM simulations (magnetic, fluidic and thermal systems)
• Support of system simulations
• Working with DFMEA in the development project
• Technical contact for external and internal customers as well as suppliers for the developed components
• Coordination of requirements for the component to be developed and production processes for quality production and testing
• Creation of the component load booklet, the test requirements for validation and requirements for End Of Line Tests in MANN+HUMMEL Manufacturing

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, digital product engineering, mechatronics (focus on electronics) or comparable Professional experience: At least five years of experience in the field of employment, preferably in the automotive industry Expertise: Safe in handling E CAD System (circuit development and layout) Experience in EMC fair circuit design Knowledge of electromagnetic and valve technology of advantage Basic knowledge of system simulations Knowledge of development and release processes from the automotive industry Safe handling of tools for request management (doors etc.)

Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills Personality: Extroverted team player with pronounced hand-on mentality Excellent communication capability with the sense to apply this flexibly and depending on the situation to different target groups Structured, analytical and targeted working methods Creativity, Enforceability and Quick Understanding
