Coordination of technical requirements for quarter development and construction measures with the involvement of external project controllers, architects, expert planners, experts and authorities Perception of the building function and contract controlling in the case of quarter development and construction measures, planning of planning, coordination of planning and implementation of construction measures Participation in the development of cross-border measures according to relevant housing economic topics (e.g. decommissioning of spaces, demographic change, climate neutrality, mobility and energy) moderation of construction meetings and execution of regular appointment, quality and cost controls Coordination of the restoration of the rentability of apartments in the context of transfers, support in the case of lease adjustment procedures in the context of modernizations Implementation of state-of-the-art and assessments using the technical procedures provided for this purpose Monitoring the documentation of operator and transport obligations in housing Development of annual and medium-term construction and investment programmes in accordance with technical requirements and housing concepts Implementation of technical reporting and economic considerations and implementation and participation in the identification of needs for the award of planning, construction and services Implementation of a guarantee management for planning and construction services Collection of all relevant data and funding in the IT systems SAP R/3 ERP 6.0/RE-FX and AiBATROS

Qualification: Completed university degree (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or another comparable technical field or comparable qualification according to the DQR level 6 with a technical focus such as technician/ technician (w/m/d) Competences: Experience in the perception of the building function as well as experience in the maintenance of quarterly development and construction measures, preferably in the housing sector, is desirable experience in the performance image according to the performance phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI; Knowledge of construction project management according to AHO desirable Practical experience in management, maintenance and renovation of residential properties Knowledge in building planning law and building regulations as well as basic knowledge in rental and general contract law desirable Good understanding of general economic and structural relationships Knowledge of application in the field of IT standard applications, in particular Microsoft Office Knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0/RE-FX and AiBATROS or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Ready for business trips Class B driving licence and standby for the independent operation of service vehicles
