You work independently HR tasks along the Employee Lifecycle for a defined group of employees You are competent contact persons for our employees and executives in operational matters You are responsible for the examination and preparation of contracts, certificates and certificates You support HR Business Partners in day-to-day business with the acquisition of administrative activities You work closely with other HR teams and other internal interfaces You support HR projects and actively contribute to the optimization of our HR processes

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in the personnel sector You bring multi-year professional experience in staff administration or staff support with You convince by a structured, reliable and service-oriented manner You have good knowledge of labour law, ideally in the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry and very good English skills You are characterized by high discretion, communication strength, team spirit and a pronounced sense of responsibility You are routined in handling HR management systems as well as MS Office
