Quality Management & IT Compliance Employee (m/f/d)

Phönix – Social Services gGmbh has been accommodating people with disabilities for over 20 years to live a self-determined life. To ensure that our work remains reliable, safe and sustainable, we need clear processes – both in quality management and in data protection and IT security.

We are currently modernising our quality management and aligning our IT and data protection processes to meet the requirements of ISO 27001 and applicable data protection laws. We are looking for you as an employee:in quality management & IT compliance (m/w/d) in full time – as a firm support for our QMB and in close cooperation with our IT department.

You support us in implementing quality, data protection and information security requirements structured, practical and comprehensible. Your focus is on thinking in processes, making them understandable in the form of procedural instructions and anchoring them in everyday work. Your tasks Quality management Updating and further developing a process-oriented, practical QM manual Creation and revision of process instructions and process descriptions Training for quality assurance and application of QM requirements in everyday work Support in the sustainable implementation of our ongoing release management Support for internal audits and quality audits Data protection & information security Participation in implementing organisational and technical measures to meet the requirements of ISO 27001 Ensuring compliance with data protection requirements (including GDPR, BDSG) Creation, maintenance and further development of policies, standards, concepts and documentation on data protection and IT security Support for risk analysis and data protection impact assessments awareness and training of employees on data protection and information security Cooperation with our IT service provider and our data protection officer

We look forward to your application if you: can think in processes Experience in quality management and data protection IT compliance and can demonstrate this with certificates of relevant training Technical requirements and legal requirements can be implemented in a comprehensible and practical manner Structured, independent and solution-oriented Enforceability in regulatory issues (or in a somewhat simpler language: to show how to clearly represent rules) Working with different professional groups Understanding that decisions can take on a social support longer than on an IT start-up
