As part of the further professionalization and growth strategy, we are looking for you as Head of Facility Management Germany (m/w/d) for all German office locations at the firm Head of the Office Operation & Facility Management Germany with the overall responsibility for four German office locations and a multi-site team of 11 people Member and part of the Global Office Operations Team or Global Business Services Features Responsibility for planning, budgets and compliance and coordination with operations EMEA Responsible for the operation, maintenance and cleanliness / cleaning of all German office buildings and the local jobs, including: lease contract management, management of the landlord relations, management of the payment and compensation of all rents, additional costs, utility services and other operating costs etc. Successful implementation of two complex office envelopes Control and monitoring of external service providers around facility management Responsibility for the implementation of all global policies and other standards on risk & security, sustainable economy (ESG compliance)

At least 15 years of experience, of which at least 5 years with professional and disciplinary leadership, in the office and facility management of a service company of a financial institution or a similar type of work environment with multiple locations and a complex office organization many years of experience in the operation and management of several office locations with several hundred jobs with high demands of modernity and functionality proven experience in the planning and implementation of large office envelopes and/or complex renovation projects relevant work experience in an “interface function” in an international, English-speaking environment very good knowledge in German and English University degree in facility management or comparable qualification JOBV1_EN
