The national water supply is one of the largest remote water suppliers in Germany, for example for 3 million people in Baden-Württemberg and in some municipalities in Bavaria. For our construction planning department, execution and surveying, we are looking for a support for the construction measures in the Stuttgart area Construction technicians

Monitoring the execution of construction services at our drinking water supply systems Control of quality, cost and time requirements in the design Compilation of measures with exporting companies, auditing of measures, invoices and supplements Perception of the building function vis-à-vis third parties Guided tour of correspondence and building daybooks, participation in public acceptances Participation in the planning and tendering of construction projects

(m/w/d) in the field of civil engineering or a comparable qualification multiannual professional experience, ideally well-founded knowledge as a building manager in the field of low and low well-founded IT skills (MS Office, AVA programs e.g. iTWO) Driving licence class B and willingness to project-dependent travel in the area of association strong team and communication skills, friendly ways of handling and safe occurrence as well as negotiation skills and enforcement ability independent, structured and quality-oriented operation Commitment, flexibility, reliability and the ability to cooperate cooperatively Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2 level)
