Close cooperation with the project management of the respective projects and with internal and external service providers

Support for internal employee survey PULSE, in particular for communication, preparation and monitoring of results

Support in the design, preparation and follow-up of internal events and events

Participation in diversity and cultural topics, for example through communicative support, awareness and internal formats

Takeover of smaller projects in the context of communication: development of ideas and concepts, creation and coordination of documents, preparation of appointments

Studies in Communications, Media, Economics or Social Sciences, Psychology or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on communication, marketing, strategy or organization Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working
