• Expertise: in portfolio, business process, request and test management

• Result and target orientation, in particular professional problem-solving competence, strategic skills, capacity to implement, innovative capacity and creativity

• Communication skills, in particular comprehensible representation of complex relationships

• safe handling of the German language in word and letter at language level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference (GER) for languages (to be demonstrated by a corresponding certificate if necessary)

• of advantage: knowledge in the field of business process management software, e.g. ADONIS

• Certification as Agile Coach, Scrum-Master, Product Owner or Product Manager*in or certification according to GPM-Standard Level D or equivalent certification

• Certification as CBPA, CBPM or equivalent certification

Applicants who are already in an official relationship with another service provider may be taken into account solely on the way of transfer or dismissal.

This will bring you

• a successfully deposited modular qualification for offices from A14 (MQ4) with professional experience in IT or
• a career qualification for the third level of qualification of the course of natural science and technology specialized in administrative informatics with a statement in the last periodic assessment; or
• a career qualification for the third level of qualification of the technical career Administration and Finance with a statement in the last periodic assessment and professional experience in IT; or
• a successfully completed university degree at the master level of the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject; or
• a successfully completed university degree at master level with long-term (at least three years) professional experience in IT field*

and

• long-term (at least three years) professional experience in IT project management and
• Multiannual (at least two years) Professional experience in product management

*The examination of equivalent skills and experience required in this case in the sense of the pay order for the TVöD is carried out by the state capital Munich.
