Technical support and advice of customers in the service and after-sales sector Analysis of technical complaints and development of sustainable solutions Systematic building of knowledge on fault images, causes and solutions Technical support for sales, purchasing, production and service Care and development of technical product and product data in the ERP system Cooperation in the optimization and further development of electrotechnical products and assemblies Assessment of technical requirements and implementation of relevant standards and EMC requirements Support for quality tests and electrotechnical tests according to VDE 0701/0702

Continuing training for the electrical engineer / electric master or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in the electrotechnical environment Knowledge of control cabinet construction, power distribution, electronics, circuit board technology or electrotechnical testing Understanding Electrotechnical Standards and EMC Experience in technical service, quality management or product support Knowledge of EPLAN, SolidWorks/SolidCAM or DIALux EVO Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems Technical understanding and joy in solving complex issues structured Self-employed, careful and solution-oriented work Communication strength and joy in cooperation with customers and various departments
