Technical System Planner - MEP / Supply Technology / HVAC (m/f/d)

You create precise technical drawings and plans for the plants heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary – from floor plans to schemes to detailed assembly plans. You implement the requirements of our engineers:inside and project managers:in detailed 2D and 3D models with CAD software and ensure compliance with standards (e.g. DIN, VDI). You accompany projects independently through the performance phases 1-5 of the HOAI and translate the planning into a coherent overall concept. You are responsible for the careful examination and updating of inventory plans and for the preparation of mass investigations and technical documentation. In close coordination with the project team, you actively contribute to quality assurance and bring your ideas to optimise the planning processes.

You have completed training as a technical:r system planner:in, technical:r signator:in or a comparable qualification in the field of TGA. You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in the production of technical drawings and already have knowledge of HOAI. In dealing with a common CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD or Revit), you are safe and routined. Your work is precise and structured and you will enjoy developing technical solutions in the team. Your knowledge of German on C1 level in word and writing is essential for the smooth coordination of the project.
