This brings you successfully completed training as:to specialist informatics:in or comparable qualification in this environment Very good knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology and current Windows operating systems Knowledge of how to use ticket and remote tools as well as ITIL, LAN, WAN and VPN Ideal experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams Problem-solving competence, team skills and excellent knowledge of German and English
