Technician/Master Craftsman/Engineer - Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

In cooperation with the team from homekeepers and merchants as well as internal and external craftsmen, you take over the technical management of our housing stock. You are responsible for the planning, implementation, acceptance and billing of maintenance and modernization measures and keeps the budget in mind safely. You set up self-service lists for crafts and services, get offers, make price comparisons, carry out contract talks until the contract is awarded. You coordinate foreign companies for craft and maintenance services. The monitoring of the construction design and the scheduling of dates and capacities is your responsibility as well as ensuring the quality standards and the pursuit of warranty shortcomings. You identify causes of structural damage and make suggestions for solutions. In addition, you can participate in technical analyses and assessments of the housing stock and ensure the traffic safety requirements for buildings, plant engineering and outdoor installations. You are interested in cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental projects for the further development of our stock.

You have a completed technical training as a state-tested technician, master or engineer (w/m/d) in construction or domestic engineering. You have several years of professional experience in the technical management of real estate. You convince with high communication strength, ready-to-use and sovereign appearance - even with strong work volume. You are also an absolute team player: You live a constructive and profitable cooperation and you are proactive in the team. A self-employed, solution-oriented working style combined with a professional oral and written expressiveness characterizes you. You have very good knowledge of the relevant policies and regulations (VOB, BGB) and are well familiar with the MS Office products and AVA programs.
