Head of Grid Connection Management (m/f/d)

You strategically shape the energy transition network connection processes and ensure that our customers experience network connections efficiently, transparently and digitally. You are responsible for the holistic control and further development of the end-to-end network connection process. You lead executives and employees, create strategic framework conditions and develop the network connection process of the future: Discipline and professional leadership of a leadership and the associated employees incl. Feedback, development and motivation Strategic development and control of the department in the sense of a customer-oriented and sustainable organisation Expected development of processes in the network connection (end-to-end), structures and capacities to meet the requirements of the energy transition Responsibility for the digital transformation of the network connection process: Ensuring efficient, digital and customer-oriented processing of network connections Responsibility for service quality, customer satisfaction and professional customer communication Development, control and analysis of relevant key figures including address-oriented reporting for management and management Planning, monitoring and control of the specialist sector budget and the introduction of appropriate measures for deviations Identification of regulatory, technological and customer developments and derivation of appropriate measures Management and participation in projects and representation of the department in bodies

Complete studies (energy/supply technology) or technical training with master/technician Multiannual relevant professional experience incl. Management experience Funded knowledge of energy networks as well as energy-economic regulations Experience in process management, analysis and optimization (including business knowledge) Strong leadership, communication and decision-making capability and high customer orientation
