The Schön Klinik Roseneck, part of the Schön Klinik Group, with the locations Prien am Chiemsee and Rosenheim as well as a daily clinic in Prien, is one of the largest psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinics in Germany with 720 beds. Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. We are looking for a controller (m/w/d) at Prien am Chiemsee as well as Berchtesgadener Land in full or part-time at the next possible time. Klinikcontrolling: You take over the business management hospital controlling in close coordination with the clinic management and the central controlling. Analyses and reports: For the clinic management, you create analyses, calculations, hospital statistics and presentations. Economic planning: You support economic planning and create monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Budget negotiations: The preparation and support of budget negotiations with health insurance companies is also one of your tasks. Projects and Controlling Standards: You contribute to special evaluations, ad hoc analyses as well as in-patient projects and contribute to the further development of the controlling standards.

You have completed your studies in BWL, VWL, Health Economics, Health Management or a comparable subject. Professional experience in controlling, ideally in the field of health, is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You have well-founded MS Office knowledge; Also desirable are knowledge in the KIS “Orbis” (Agfa Healthcare) and in SAP (IS-H, FI, CO & BI).
