In order to offer young people a perspective and to specifically train their own employees, we want to build a training location at STÜBBE. We are looking for a training officer (w/m/d). You play a central role in the coordination and supervision of our trainees and ensure that the training is structured, high-quality and targeted. You are the interface between trainees, specialist departments and personnel department. In cooperation with the specialist instructors, you will support up to 6 trainees throughout their training period. You coordinate deployment planning and coordinate closely with the specialist departments You ensure compliance with training plans and objectives You conduct regular feedback talks and support the personal development of trainees You are contact persons for organizational, school and personal concerns You accompany and support in exam preparation You document the progress of training and prepare assessments You work in the selection and onboarding of new trainees with You promote an open feedback and learning culture in the company

We especially appreciate personalities who have the ability to unite organization, communication and sense of responsibility. You have a successfully completed vocational training or study in the industrial sector You have a very good technical understanding to understand product and application You own the training (AEVO / AdA-Schein) Experience in dealing with trainees or in coordinating activities would be desirable You are interested in working for the qualitative support of our trainees in the different training areas. You possess conflict resolution competence and enforcement You are a team player and you like to use your communicative way for cross-departmental cooperation Organizational talent, empathy and structured working processes complete your profile
