You are an experienced professional (m/w/d) in military training and are looking for a new challenge in which you can contribute your expertise to the design and implementation of future-oriented training solutions for live simulation? - We offer you the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of innovative military training systems as well as associated training strategies, to assist customers in this, to train users as best possible and to contribute significantly to the success of our projects, such as the equipment/accompanying of NATO exercises such as Freedom Shield with training systems. More information: LEGATUS Live Training System | Rheinmetall Your tasks: Analysis of complex training needs and military training concepts to derive demands on our training systems Analysis of complex training needs and military training concepts to derive concepts for the support of (NATO) training courses with our training systems Active pursuit of new technologies, their application in military training, and development of training concepts of the future Support of the project teams in the production and processing of high-quality training documents, as well as in case of need, training with the military user Active participation in offer teams and in the development to allow valuable experiences from training activities to flow directly into the (further) development of our systems

Practical knowledge of military training, as well as training comparable to a master, technician or university degree, military training, training concepts, training doctrines and the preparation of training/training plans and training documents Experience as a military trainer or military trainer including sound practice in the design, coordination and control of training activities Good English knowledge of word and writing Very good consulting and methodological competence, pronounced presentation and moderation strength, intercultural experience as well as high result orientation Global readiness
