General responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Controlling and Tax Commercial Sparring Partner of Management in Strategic and Operational Decisions Responsibility for HGB and IFRS financial statements and budgeting, forecasting and management reporting Analysis of business development and derivation of sound recommendations for action to control performance, profitability and growth Leadership and further development of the finance team and promotion of modern, team-oriented cooperation Development, digitization and optimization of financial processes, systems and reporting structures Commercial support of investments, strategic projects and change initiatives

Multiannual leadership experience in the finance field of an international company, ideally in the middle class with corporate structures Knowledge of HGB, IFRS, Controlling, Planning and Reporting Experience in international corporate and reporting structures Very good knowledge of modern ERP and reporting systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA and OneStream Detectable successes in the optimization and digitization of financial processes Impressed communication strength as well as the ability to prepare and convey complex financial circumstances in a manner that is appropriate to the address Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive personality with hands-on mentality, high level of implementation and knowledge of German and English
