Have you ever crafted in your spare time? Then you will surely know the one or other of our partners such as Bosch, Festool, Fischer (the dowels) etc. We started 23 years ago in Stuttgart as a joint digital B2B marketplace for the tool industry. Since then we have collected a lot of ebusiness experience and have built up extensive IT and B2B expertise. We define cleverly thought-out ebusiness processes and make digital communication between manufacturers, trading partners and end customers easier. We are now the interpreter between technology and market.

You want to gain practical experience in the B2B environment (about 20h/week), develop your communication strength and gain real insights into professional sales processes? Then you fit perfectly into our team!

Your tasks: You call our customers or write them by e-mail, answer their questions and make them curious about our solutions. You will find out where potential lies and agree to matching follow-up appointments for our sales team. After a structured incorporation, you will take first consultations and inspire new and existing customers for our products. You work with our internal tools, document your customer contacts and make sure we are present at our target group.

You are immatricated and want to gain real experience in dealing with customers. You go open to people, quickly find a relaxed conversation and have no problem with making the first step. Experiences in Sales or Customer Care? Nice to have; much more important are curiosity, knowledge and the will to accompany customers really well. You communicate clearly, confidently and professionally – in German and English – and have fun to inspire people for ideas and solutions.
