Group Leader – Communication Technology Department (m/f/d)

Technical and disciplinary management of a team in the field of communication technology with approx. 10 employees, including team building, development and control. Strategic planning, further development and orientation of the team in coordination with the department management, as well as responsibility for the implementation of the projects. Perspective budget and resource planning for the department including forecast, cost control and investment planning. Ensuring and continuous development of quality management, safety standards and compliance (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001) within the department. Close cooperation with customers, partners and internal interfaces for identifying requirements, technical advice and long-term business relationships. Promotion, motivation and further development of employees. Analysis, optimization and standardization of processes to increase efficiency, quality and timeliness in development, project processing and service. the representation of the area in interdisciplinary projects, bodies and to management.

Complete technical training, technician or master qualification in the field of electrical engineering, communication technology, information technology or comparable; alternatively a corresponding study. Multiannual professional experience in the field of communication and electrical engineering, ideally in the context of telecommunications networks. Multiannual leadership experience (at least 5 years) in a management function with responsibility for teams and budgets. Detectable experience in project management, in the handling of complex customer projects and in professional budget and cost management. Technical know-how in communication technology (e.g. web communication, network and IP technologies, radio, control center or video/security systems) as well as in electrical engineering (e.g. plant engineering, control and automation technology). Safe handling of relevant standards, regulations and regulations (e.g. VDE, DIN, DGUV). Experiences in handling tenders, scales, bills and follow-up management. Good user knowledge in MS Office and ideally experience with project management or building journal software. knowledge of German in word and writing Class B licence and readiness to travel within the project region.
