Strategic Business Owner (all gender) - Customer Experience

You guide cross-functional projects and act as a bridge between business, data science, e-commerce and IT You evaluate business values, plan and arrange the rollouts along the entire customer lifecycle You work as a Counterpart as a product owner from IT, develop a company-wide roadmap together and take a leading, business-strategic role in You work consistently on the set goals and ensure their compliance You set priorities along the overall strategy and bring together all projects around a multidisciplinary, new platform ('MyAccount'') You seek a uniform understanding of my account vision throughout the company You develop a clear basis of decision for new goals, features and measures You are responsible for the definition and evaluation of KPI and start regular reporting to management and internal stakeholders You represent the CRM area in strategic meetings and are the main interface between operational teams and management

Strategic expertise: Multiannual experience in business management and product strategy as well as the leadership of complex strategic topics in a dynamic technology environment. Digital Excellence: Very good understanding of digitized products, services as well as user-centric concepts, combined with the passion for digitizing business models. Data-Driven Mindset: Embossed ability to structure complex issues, validate data insights and translate them into clear, measurable goals. Stakeholder Management: Experience gained in managing cross-functional, strategic initiatives in a technology-driven environment with a high number of stakeholders. Customer focus: knowledge of CRM, data-based customer development or customer journeys are advantageous to bridge the gap between technology and user needs.
