Your role - you move with us As team leader:in logistics / shift manager:in stock you are a central manager in the operating day business:

• Leadership, motivation and further development of your team in the camp
• Support and representation of group management
• Regular team, feedback and development talks
• Active personnel planning and shift control
• Ensure smooth, efficient logistics processes
• Close coordination with adjacent departments
• Introduction, coaching and training of new employees
• Compliance with work safety, quality and process standards

In short, you are present on the surface, you pack up and develop people.

That's what you bring:

• Multiannual experience in logistics / warehouse logistics, ideally in e-commerce or contract logistics
• First leadership experience as team leader:in or shift manager:in
• Knowledge of occupational safety & occupational safety
• Secure handling of MS Office and warehouse-related IT systems
• Ability to inspire people, take along and lead them clearly
• Communication strength, empathy and decision-making
• Ready to work in shiftwork
• Very good German and good English skills
