These are your tasks Strategy development: In business development, you actively shape the future orientation of the bank and identify promising business areas with sustainable added value. You accompany change processes and act in a solution-oriented manner at the interface between the board, departments and the market. Strategy Processes & Operationalization: Strategy processes optimize you efficiently and translate strategic goals into concrete, implementable measures that impact the entire company. You conduct regular market and competition analyses, prepare SWOT analyses and necessary measures to ensure the long-term positioning of MBS. Business planning: The medium-term corporate planning (MUP) will actively develop you and control you with meaningful key figures (e.g. Balance Scorecard) in order to advance the company's development measurably. Management support: Strategic topics prepare you for addressing and provide sound basis for decision-making that support the Executive Board directly in implementation. Project & Process Responsibility: You are responsible for the project management process, i.e. You continuously develop methods, procedures and standards in project management and take responsibility for their sustainable implementation in the company. Sustainability & Regulatorics: ESG inspections and regulatory requirements specifically integrate you into strategic work and support sustainable implementation.

We wish you Completion: A completed degree (Master, Diplom-Enterprise or comparable) forms the basis for this position. Technical basis: For this demanding task, you will bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the savings banks or banking environment, ideally related to strategic topics and project work. Strategic & entrepreneurial competence: You have a well-founded knowledge of the development, development and operationalisation of strategies and the derivation of measurable control variables. Project & Process Competence: In the control of complex projects and the further development of methods and processes, you act safely and purposefully. Banking & regulatory knowledge: Banking regulatory requirements (MaRisk, CRR/CRD), general banking control and sustainability aspects (ESG) are familiar to you and you apply them competently. Analytical, conceptual & communicative strength: You quickly capture complex relationships, develop self-supporting solutions and represent them confidently to the board, executives and specialist departments - you are open to change processes. Language skills: Very good German knowledge (C2) is assumed for this position.
