Upstream processing in the field of viral vectors / ATMPs Establishment of cell and virus banks Implementation and optimisation of seed trains Production of viral products and/or ATMPs up to a scale of 200 litres Qualification and execution of aseptic manufacturing processes for non-filterable active pharmaceutical ingredients Work in cleanrooms up to hygiene zone A Preparation and review of manufacturing-related documents search as batch records, qualification and validation protocols, SOPs, etc. Prompt identification and resolution of challenges in process control and deviations Investigation of root cause analyses and implementation of corrective and determining measures Supporting the process transfer from development to GMP manufacturing, including assisting with the preparation of gap/risk assessments Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as USP, QC and Fill&Finish

A degree in a scientific discipline search as biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, biochemistry, or a comparable qualification Willingness to work with organisms classified as biosafety level 2 (viruses) Experience in a GMP production environment is an advantage Experience working in a Class B cleanroom Flexibility, a sense of responsibility and a reliable, meticulous approach to work A solution-oriented, innovative and collaborative working style Very good German and at least basic English language skills
