For more than 30 years, we, the Maltese Works, have been supporting governments and municipalities to humanly accommodate and maintain refugees. We create perspectives by preparing refugees for their new life in Germany and accompanying them on their individual path.

For the care of the residents in our facilities in Harburg County, we are looking for support for our team at the next possible time!

The reception and care of newly arriving residents The support and support of the residents in their daily lives The support of the residents in their daily lives, e.g. in government matters, health care, school, work The daily organization and administration of the accommodation (including hygiene, safety, occupancy) Documentation via occupancy software (e.g., incidents, incidents) Crisis intervention, conflict resolution and psychosocial advice Promoting integration and social participation Support for return or further migration advice Cooperation with volunteers, authorities and advisory bodies No shift service: from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 16:30
