You can start from the pole position and identify yourself with the following tasks: Planning, organisation and management of the operating business (customer acceptance, workshop, sale) Manager (m/w/d) at PASZ Ensuring quantitative and qualitative achievement Ensuring high customer satisfaction Ensuring a smooth business process in all areas according to the Porsche standards Constant adaptation and further development of the service offer as well as responsibility for process optimization Compliance and control of IKS (Internes Control System) Responsibility for the PASZ representative in the market area

Education: You have a successfully completed technical training with strong commercial knowledge or an economic study – ideally related to the automotive or service environment. Experience & know-how: You have several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position, ideally in the context of a premium manufacturer. Experience in employee management, safe business skills and knowledge of the Porsche system world (e.g. PPN, PIWIS, PET) are a clear advantage. Personality: You are a sovereign leader with high social competence. Your strong communication strength allows you to clearly enforce yourself without losing sight of the team feeling. You see changes as a chance – you bring openness, curiosity and willingness to design. Working method: You work independently, structured and targeted. A pronounced problem-solving capability as well as a strong organizational capacity are yours.
