Implementation of application-oriented system tests of new firmware releases to ensure quality Second level support for technical escalation Active participation in systematic complaint processing and deep root analysis Analyze IT systems and interfaces in live mode to quickly identify errors in malfunctions Specification of technical requirements for continuous optimisation of operational management in existing customers Accompanying system updates and re-qualification of EMH products in existing customer IT systems Internal technical contact for product care in case of operational disruption and integration problems during operation Creation and continuous maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs and Troubleshooting Guides for First Level Support Technical training for internal service technicians and external customers for maintenance and troubleshooting Structured reflection of recurring disturbance images to product management for sustainable product improvement

Graduate in engineering or technical field Embossed technical understanding Professional experience with complex IT systems Negotiating skills and enforcement Very good communication and handling with customers and partners Very good English skills, other foreign languages of advantage
