(Senior) Process and Project Manager Digitalization (m/f/d)

Planning, design and implementation of projects for the digitization of products, optimising online sales Conceptual development, project management and support responsibility for TARGOBANK’s online application lines for retail products Development of customer-centric product concepts in close cooperation with all stakeholders and creation of IT requirements Coordination of external service providers and internal IT units Creation of business cases, analyses and reporting Market and competition observation, showing trends and strategy development

Completed studies, ideally with the focus on BWL, business informatics or IT or comparable training Multiannual professional experience (at least 3 years) as project manager of digital solutions, process manager or product owner for online/digital products - ideally related to financial products Comprehensive knowledge of digital sales channels, online customer behavior and the scaling of product sales in online channels Very good technical understanding, experience in web/app technologies, user experience design and handling tracking systems Experience in managing agencies and external service providers High level of design strength, creativity and self-motivation; high customer orientation and flexibility Secure and versed handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Power Point) Very good German and fluent English skills
