You work with the design of contracts and contract negotiations with customers: inside and out. You work closely with colleagues from sales, purchasing and project teams. Together, you will examine and process standard contracts as well as general terms and conditions, of course always in line with current legal requirements and jurisdiction. You contribute to legally securing and adapting contracts and actively accompany the project teams in all contractual issues in the course of the project – from start-up to warranty topics. In case of challenges in contract implementation, you will help to find suitable solutions.

In addition, you are involved in the preparation and defence of claims (Claims), conduct contract and risk analyses and assist in the processing of disputes. In the case of internal training on contract topics, you actively participate or present individual topics yourself.
