This will be your tasks

You are an impulse provider for the savings banks and the hired external service and at the same time also impulse recipients for topics that are brought to you from this circle. From these impulses you develop sales and consulting concepts as well as concrete measures. To do this, you work closely with the departments and the department sales marketing savings banks and transfer the topics to the savings banks world. As an alternative, a completed training for merchants for insurance and financial investments or bank merchants with completed training to the insurance or business operator (all genders) You bring expertise in prevention You have professional experience in the sales service and know the financial concept of the Sparkasse as well as the associated consulting tools Ideally, you have already managed sales projects in Sparkassen and know you with sales processes in Sparkassen Impressed communication capability and enforcement capability Self-employed and structured work Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a high level of creativity Experience in the moderation of groups is desirable Safe handling of MS Office products and an affinity for digital media
