You ensure a uniform and quality-secured process processing in SAP and continuously develop it As an SAP MM key user, you analyze errors, perform tests, documenically adapt and assist in system optimization You coordinate daily operational tasks in the team and support the purchase of complex processes and bookings You develop and maintain process standards, templates and work instructions and actively promote process improvements Head of Business Administration (m/w/d) You work closely with strategic purchasing, accounting, controlling and IT to ensure consistent and efficient processes

You live in Oldenburg or the surrounding area, you like to work hybrid and have very good German skills You have a completed commercial training or a completed study (e.g. economics, BWL) or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in operational purchase and very good knowledge in SAP MM, ideally first experience as SAP Key User or SAP S/4HANA migrations You have a strong understanding of the process, work hard and place great value on quality You are characterized by communication strength, team capacity and capacity You work autonomously, confidently and reliable
