For the location in the Dresden area we are looking for you as branch manager or Manager (m/w/d). In this versatile responsibility you coordinate the entire economic and technical performance of the site. Full organization, coordination and optimization of the economic processes and activities of the Dresden branch Personnel management and operational planning of the existing team, including further recruiting activities Care of the existing customer base as well as planning and implementation of further customer recovery measures Quality assurance and optimisation of services with regard to customer requirements Calculation and provision General organization and ongoing reporting at the main site

Completed technical training or completed technical studies, alternative industrial training background with strong technical reference Founded professional experience in recycling or environmental engineering, construction, agriculture, landscape gardening or a comparable industry with technical reference Basic technical understanding, as well as holistic commercial understanding of business relationships Embossed team player and leadership qualities, hand-on mentality Self-employed and organised work Driving licence class B, C/CE desirable
