For our SOS Children's Village Oberpfalz we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (20 hours/where.) An increase in working time by working in other offers is possible. Your task: You support conceptual and structural work in the protection of children and occupants in our SOS Children's Village Oberpfalz. To this end, you will accompany and develop the preventive and interventive processes of child and care protection in our facility in close cooperation with the educational teams and the management team. For this purpose, you can network internally and externally with the employees of the SOS Children's Village as well as with other actors in the protection of children and occupants and involve them in a preventive manner. You work in the children's and care protection team of our institution, moderate in-house working groups and work in our quality work. As a contributor*in, you will organize and manage participation groups and formats with children and young people. In coordination with the setup management, you regularly conduct risk and resource analyses and derive further action needs. Based on this, you will develop the protection concepts together with the educational teams and the management team. You will also support the further development of pedagogical topics that affect children's protection. You contribute to the reporting of border crossings and ensure a coordinated and uniform documentation. You take responsibility for the process. You organize preventive offers for children's protection with children and adolescents as well as training for our employees and maintain the information platform within the institution. For general questions on child protection, you will advise employees and teams of our institution.

Your qualifications and skills: You are social pedagogues or have a comparable educational degree. Ideally, you have an advisory or therapeutic additional qualification. You have already worked in the field of child and youth help and have practical experience. It prepares you to combine different expectations, needs and perspectives. Cooperation with employees and young people is a valuable task for you. The combination of social pedagogical and organizational tasks is an interesting mix for you. You are distinguished by social competence as well as conflict and negotiation. You can also plan and organize. Self-employed work and flexible time planning are an enrichment for you. A good team spirit for close cooperation with the management team and all other actors in the protection of children and occupants is important to you.
