Human Resources Administrator - Focus on Payroll Accounting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for general administrative personnel work and for the maintenance of digital and physical personal files. A careful examination and care of personal master and movement data forms the basis of your work. You are responsible for independent implementation or complete preparation of monthly wage and salary billing. Structured processes shape your work in controlling working hours, absences, supplements and other accounting data. You are a contact person for employees and executives with questions about pay billing, absences and personal issues. Reliable reporting and certification as well as professional communication with health insurance companies, authorities and external bodies are part of your task. You are involved in entry and exit, onboarding and offboarding processes and in the further development and digitization of our HR processes.

You are a skilled merchant/wife, industrial merchant/wife, tax specialist or have a comparable commercial qualification. First practical experience in personnel management, personnel management, pay billing or wage and salary billing is yours. You are familiar with the basic processes of pay billing and ideally know relevant wage tax, social insurance and labour law requirements. A structured, careful and independent way of working shapes your handling of multiple parallel personnel and accounting topics. You are safe in handling MS Office; Knowledge of HR software or wage billing programs such as DATEV or comparable systems are advantageous. Discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility determine your handling of confidential personal and accounting data. You are strong in communication, friendly and service-oriented – both in exchange with employees and executives as well as with external contacts.
